Perfect Pigments pigments are formulated with the smallest amounts of iron oxides. Iron Oxides are important for keeping pigment colour and having a lasting effect. Our semi permanent makeup pigment has smaller the granules, the smaller the molecule  the easier for the colour to absorb.
